Policies

• A 25% deposit and a copy of the driver's license are required at the time of booking.

• The remaining balance is due two weeks before your arrival.

• A rental agreement will be sent to you two weeks prior to your scheduled arrival.

• Full refund available if canceled within 24 hours of booking and more than 15 days before the arrival date.

• Cancellations made after the 24-hour period and up to 15 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund less a $75.00 cancellation fee and the initial processing fee. (Excluding holiday reservations.)

• For cancellations made between 6-14 days from the arrival date, a credit voucher for the full rental amount less a $75.00 cancellation fee will be issued, valid for one year from the date of cancellation.

• Cancellations occurring 5 days or less from the arrival date, no-shows, or same-day cancellations will result in forfeiture of the full rental balance.

• In the event of a government shutdown, pandemic, or any other uncontrollable event, vouchers will be issued instead of refunds.

Pets are permitted in most of our rentals. Please check specific rentals to confirm which ones allow pets.

Guidelines for pet owners:

• Limit of two dogs, each weighing less than 50 pounds.

• Cats are not allowed.

• Pets must be kept off ALL furniture, including soft surfaces, and kenneled when you are away.

• Excessive pet hair must be removed upon departure.

• Failure to adhere to these guidelines will result in an Additional Pet Wear & Tear Fee, with a minimum charge of $300. It's important to note that the majority of our damage claims stem from pet-related incidents, and guests are held fully responsible for any damages. Interior damages are not covered under our commercial insurance policy.

• Television reception and cell service may vary depending on the campground's location. Please plan accordingly.

• We reserve the right to substitute units in your reservation if necessary due to repairs or damage. Rest assured, you will be provided with a comparable or superior unit in such instances. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your rental, a full refund will be issued. However, if a comparable or better unit is available, no refund will be provided.

• The delivery window for the camper is between 12:00 pm and 7:00 pm. We will communicate with you closer to your trip to confirm a more precise delivery time.

• Check-out time for the camper is 10:00 am. However, you're welcome to remain on the campsite until the campground's check-out time.

• When reserving your site for delivery, it is your responsibility to ensure that the site is suitable for the chosen unit. We do not offer refunds if delivery is attempted and the site is unsuitable for the reserved unit.

• Campfire Adventures RV Rentals, LLC is independently owned and operated. We are not liable for any lost or stolen items during your rental period.
